At Prestige Pet Supplies, we keep billing simple and transparent. This policy explains how and when you are charged.
Accepted Payment Methods
Prestige Pet Supplies accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other supported card networks.
We also accept digital payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay where available.
All payments are securely processed through Shopify's encrypted payment system. Payment must be successfully authorized before orders are processed and shipped.
Currency
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay with a card issued in another currency — for example, a Canadian card — your bank sets the exchange rate and may apply its own conversion fee, which is outside our control.
When You Are Charged
Your payment is charged in full at the time you place your order. We begin processing your order only after payment has been completed successfully.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are shown in USD. Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment, so you always see your full total in advance. We do not add hidden fees.
Pricing Errors
While we work hard to keep our pricing accurate, errors can occasionally happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please double-check your card details or contact your bank. You are welcome to reach out to us if you need any help completing your order.
