At Prestige Pet Supplies, we want your order to reach you and your pet as smoothly as possible. Below you'll find clear details on how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Processing covers order verification, preparation, and handoff to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Some items are stocked domestically, while others ship from our overseas fulfillment partners, which affects delivery time (see below). Because of carrier restrictions, a small number of items may not be eligible for delivery to Canada. If an item in your cart cannot ship to your region, this will be shown before you check out.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer Standard Shipping on all orders. All prices and shipping charges on our store are listed in US Dollars (USD).
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (USD).
- Orders under $50: a flat rate of $X, shown at checkout before payment.
Any applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and displayed at checkout. Every charge, product price, shipping, and tax, is shown before you pay, so there are no surprise costs.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after the 1–3 business day processing window.
United States: 3–15 business days.
- Items stocked in our US facilities typically arrive in 3–5 business days.
- Items shipped from our overseas suppliers typically arrive in 10–15 business days.
Canada: typically 10–15 business days.
Delivery times can vary based on the product's origin, your location, carrier performance, and customs processing. During peak seasons and major holidays, deliveries may take a little longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow a day or two after shipping for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canadian Orders)
Some Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. When they apply, these fees are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays happen due to customs, weather, carrier backlogs, or high-demand periods. If your order seems delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier right away.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, or your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
- If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend your order or issue a full refund.
- If tracking shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it, we may ask for a brief non-delivery confirmation from your local carrier or postal service before we can resend or refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, so reach out as soon as possible if you spot a mistake and we'll help if the order hasn't yet been processed.
